Facelift & Neck Lift Incisions
Facelift and neck lift incisions are carefully placed within the natural creases in
front, within, and behind the ear. After adequate tightening of the deeper
structures, excess skin is removed from both sides and the incisions are carefully
repaired. Dr. Naficy uses the most meticulous technique and the finest sutures
for closure of his incisions.
During the first few weeks, the incisions may be more visible and sometimes
require use of concealers for camouflage. Hair may be worn over the ears to
help conceal the healing incisions. The facelift incision photo gallery below
shows pictures of some healed incisions (typically around 2-3 months following
surgery) of facelifts and neck lifts performed by Dr. Naficy. This gives you an
idea of how inconspicuous facelift incisions can potentially look, given enough
time to heal.
